No — paying or rewarding for reviews violates Google’s policies and defeats the purpose. We just ask satisfied customers to take a minute, and enough of them do. What you read here was earned, not bought.
Should I check reviews before hiring any pest company?
Yes, always — along with two other things: an active state pesticide license (ours is Ohio #174747) and proof of insurance. Reviews tell you how a company behaves; the license and insurance tell you who’s accountable if something goes wrong.
What do customers mention most in Exile reviews?
Read them and see — but the themes we work hardest to earn are responsiveness, showing up when promised, honest pricing, and problems actually staying solved. If a review mentions those, that technician did the job the way we train it.

Google occasionally holds or filters reviews on its side — common with brand-new accounts or reviews written from the business’s own location. Give it a few days; if it still doesn’t appear, that’s Google’s filter, not us removing it. We can’t delete Google reviews.
