No. There’s no transfer process — just let your current contract lapse or cancel per its terms, and we start with a full inspection and initial service. Many of our customers switched from national chains because they wanted a local technician who answers the phone.

The first visit is the longest: your technician inspects the full property, identifies active pests and entry points, performs the initial interior and exterior treatment, and walks you through what they found. You get a written summary of what was treated and what to watch for.

Our recurring plans bill monthly and we keep cancellation simple — no aggressive lock-in like some national providers. Ask when you sign up and we’ll put the current terms in writing so there are no surprises.

Now — whichever season it is. Spring stops ant and wasp season before it starts, summer knocks down active infestations, and fall is the single best time to seal mice out before winter. The plans rotate treatments so any starting point works.

Both. The exterior barrier does most of the preventive work — foundation, entry points, eaves — while interior treatments target active problems in kitchens, basements, and garages. After the initial service, many quarterly visits are exterior-only unless you’re seeing activity inside.

Very little is needed: clear access to baseboards and the areas where you’ve seen activity, put away pet food bowls, and note any spots you want the technician to check. For exterior-only visits, you don’t need to do anything — or even be home.
