What payment methods does Exile Pest Control accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and recurring plans bill automatically each month so there’s nothing to remember. If you need a different arrangement — like invoicing for a rental property portfolio — ask when you book and we’ll sort it out.

How does the monthly billing on the plans work?

The recurring plans — from $24.99/month at current limited-time rates — bill on a simple monthly cycle that covers your scheduled seasonal visits and any covered re-treatments in between. There are no trip fees, no fuel surcharges, and no per-visit invoices to track — one predictable number.

How do I cancel my recurring plan if I need to?

Call or text us and we’ll process it — we keep cancellation simple and don’t play retention games. We’ll confirm any final scheduled visit and stop billing. Most cancellations we see are moves, and many of those customers restart service at the new address.

Do your treatments have a smell?

Modern professional products are largely low-odor — a big change from the pest control of decades past. Some applications have a mild scent that dissipates within a few hours with normal ventilation. If anyone in your home is scent-sensitive, tell your technician and they’ll select accordingly.

How long does a typical service visit take?

Initial services usually run 60 to 90 minutes because they include the full inspection. Regular seasonal visits are faster — typically 20 to 40 minutes depending on property size and whether interior treatment is needed that visit.

Do I need to be home during a scheduled visit?

Not for exterior-only visits, which most seasonal maintenance visits are — the technician treats the perimeter and leaves a service summary. You’ll only need to be home when interior work is planned, and we’ll tell you in advance which kind your visit is.

Can I see the safety information for products you use?

Yes. Every product we apply has a manufacturer safety data sheet (SDS), and your technician can provide or send the SDS for anything used in your home — just ask. Licensed applicators are required to know this information, and we’re glad when customers ask for it.

Is there a warranty on one-time treatments?

One-time treatments include a service window — if the treated problem persists beyond the timeframe your technician quotes for that pest, we return and re-treat. It’s shorter than the ongoing guarantee on the recurring plans, which is one reason plan customers get the better deal.

Do you have a referral program?

We appreciate referrals more than any ad we could buy. Call us when you refer a neighbor and ask about the current referral thank-you — and either way, know that most of our growth over 10 years has come from customers telling their neighbors.

What exactly does the re-treatment guarantee cover?

If a pest covered by your plan shows up between scheduled visits, we come back and re-treat at no charge — as many times as it takes. Coverage depends on your tier: Rodent Shield covers rodents, Complete Protection adds household pests, and Total Home + Yard adds mosquitoes. Your technician will always tell you up front what’s covered.

Does Exile offer financing?

Yes, financing is available for larger jobs such as extensive exclusion or major treatments. Terms depend on the current program, so ask for details with your quote — we’ll lay out the options before you commit.

Will you send a reminder before showing up?

Yes — every visit is preceded by a notification so a technician never just appears in your yard. The reminder is also your chance to mention anything new you’ve noticed, so the visit targets what matters most that season.
